ÇETİN CİVATA company, founded in year 1976, is one of the biggest producers of cold forged bolts, screws, nuts and drawing fasteners in Türkiye and a totally integrated factory, having a production range of carbon steel fasteners from M3 to M27 and lengths from 6 mm up to 300 mm in all standard and customers’ drawing items and having all processes in-house starting from wire rod cold drawing up to cold forging, thread rolling, heat treatment, surface coating and finally the sorting-logistic operations which are all done in Cetin Cıvata factories.
ÇETİN CİVATA – including the Group’s 4 production plants and 2 trading companies – employs 1250 staff, has 118,000 sqm total plant area and exports more than 50 % of its annual production to more than 25 countries. ÇETİN CİVATA factories have a machine park of 140 cold-headers for bolts and nuts production, 200 screw-headers, 300 thread-rollers and tapping machines. Total production capacity of the Group is 90,000 metric tons and has totally 8 heat treatment lines and is able to apply all types of zinc and zinc alloyed surface coatings against corrosion and is one of the licensed coaters of the globally known Zinc Flake coating brands Geomet, Magni and Delta Protekt.
ÇETİN CİVATA has all the required process management and quality management certifications such as IATF16949, ISO 9001 and has an R&D Center approved and certified by Ministry of Industry of Republic of Türkiye.

CETIN CIVATA ‘s MAThread licence covers new product launching, producing and supplying of HIGHLY ENGINEERED THREADED FASTENERS , ANTI-CROSS THREADING FASTENERS AND ANTI-FALSE THREADING FASTENERS as per LICENSED TRADEMARKS MAThread®, MATpoint®, MAT®, Never-Jam®, M Point®, VR®, MTH®. CETIN CIVATA’s bolts and screws and fasteners made as per above licences perform a technology which is solving cross-threading problems and easing all assembly processes in the production lines where such fasteners are used.
